Barret our Project manager and co-owner is a skilled electrician with a strong foundation in both hands-on electrical work and business operations. A graduate of Hofstra University with a degree in Management, he combines technical expertise with a sharp understanding of project planning, customer service, and efficient business practices.

As co-owner of Grounded Electric, Barret is dedicated to delivering high-quality electrical solutions while ensuring the company operates with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Barret Abramow

Ryan Abramow

Electrician

Ryan is the Director of Operations and a co-owner of Grounded Electric. As the Director of Operations, Ryan is like the Wizard of Oz as he operates as the man behind the curtain, or in this case as the man in the office.

As the “office guy,” Ryan handles all facets of operations, such as handling all town and state compliance, insurance, human resources, vendor relationships and material ordering. Ryan also leads and oversees the AV division of Grounded Electric, which he helped start through fostering relationships with both clients in need of reliable AV work and establishing direct relationships with AV vendors of the highest quality and caliber.

Ryan received his BS from Syracuse University and his MS in Real Estate from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He also holds a certificate in Construction Management from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

When he is not directing the operations of Grounded Electric, he can be found playing golf, softball, or spending time with his wife and two kids.
