Bobby and Barrett came out quickly and did an incredibly thorough walkthrough of the entire house. They took the time to understand decades of different electrical work, explain what actually needed attention, and help us build a phased plan for future projects. We especially appreciated that they never tried to push unnecessary work or get us to spend everything upfront. Their honesty, knowledge, communication, and customer service immediately gave us confidence.

Kyle and Kyle then came out to complete the work and were equally excellent — professional, personable, courteous, and extremely thorough. They addressed grounding and outlet issues, old wiring, open junction boxes, a broken GFCI, and several other items that left us feeling much better about the safety of our home.

From Bobby and Barrett to Kyle and Kyle, everyone we worked with was fantastic. Barret and Bobby came out to my house and did a thorough, detailed inspection of all the electrical damage caused by a recent thunderstorm. Barret, Bobby, Kyle and the team at Grounded Electric put in a beautiful 28kW Generac in for us. The work was done flawlessly, integrated well with our house.

My washer and dryer would not turn on and I noticed my breaker for that was wet (oddly it was the only one).

I called and the owner, Barret, and he and his colleague was able to come to my home the same day.   Luckily for me, only that breaker was replaced for a small fee.  They stated that it appeared that there wasn't a need to replace the entire board.   They advised a wait and see approach and provided me tips to avoid this issue in the future.
