Bobby and Barrett came out quickly and did an incredibly thorough walkthrough of the entire house. We especially appreciated that they never tried to push unnecessary work or get us to spend everything upfront. Their honesty, knowledge, communication, and customer service immediately gave us confidence.

My washer and dryer would not turn on and I noticed my breaker for that was wet (oddly it was the only one).

I called and the owner, Barret, and he and his colleague was able to come to my home the same day.   Luckily for me, only that breaker was replaced for a small fee.  They stated that it appeared that there wasn't a need to replace the entire board.   They advised a wait and see approach and provided me tips to avoid this issue in the future.
